Police have charged a man after a dog was kicked in the Kitts Green area of Birmingham on Monday morning.
Taylor Thompson, 27, was arrested on Thursday evening, and has now been charged with causing unnecessary harm to a protected animal, possession of Class B drugs, racially aggravated public order offences, and public order offences.

He was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Saturday).
