Police are seeking public assistance in one of their longest-running missing person cases, issuing a renewed appeal for information on Frank Whitehurst, missing since 2010.
Frank, then 63 and now presumed to be 77, disappeared after leaving his care home in Moseley, Birmingham, in October 2010. Standing approximately 6ft 2ins tall, with a medium build, grey hair, and brown eyes, Frank was last seen dressed in grey jogging bottoms and a dark blue sweatshirt.
Known also by the alias “Kenneth Horse,” Frank was a regular smoker and often chose to live on the streets, presenting as homeless despite having a place to stay. Police note there were no clear reasons or issues surrounding his disappearance.
With this renewed appeal, police hope to reach anyone who may remember Frank or have information that could shed light on his whereabouts.
