Six men have been arrested after a delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint in Birmingham, police have confirmed.
The incident occurred yesterday morning (3 December) at around 9:10am on Grange Road.
A man in his 20s, who was delivering parcels, was approached by a group of men. The suspects forced him into the passenger seat of his van and drove him to Garrison Street, where they unloaded over a hundred parcels before fleeing in a black Mercedes.
Following swift CCTV investigations, officers tracked the vehicle to an address in Tipton. Six men, aged between 23 and 49, were arrested on suspicion of robbery, and the stolen parcels were recovered.
The suspects remain in custody for questioning as investigations continue.
