Twelve individuals have been sentenced to a combined total of more than 100 years in prison following the largest operation to date by West Midlands Police’s County Lines Task Force (CLTF).

The crackdown, part of the six-month-long **Operation Hunterian**, targeted four drug lines—Rico, Diego, Figo, and Potter—operating in Birmingham and Solihull. The investigation uncovered the group’s extensive drug-dealing activities, which involved over 1,000 calls daily and generated up to £100,000 per month.

Seventeen warrants were executed in May 2023, leading to the arrests of the offenders. Aadam and Haroon Iqbal, alongside Mohammed Usman, ran the Rico line. Investigators found phones linking them to the operation, with searches uncovering further evidence.

Adam Slater and Tiahna Phillips were identified as part of the Diego line after multiple stops revealed phones used in the illicit business. Yasine Sadiq, a key player, attempted to evade capture by switching networks, but detectives tracked his movements through telecommunications and CCTV.

The Figo line was linked to Mark Seeley, Amani Adams, and Ilyas Sadiq, with evidence of coordinated activities, including drug drops and line top-ups. Meanwhile, the Potter line implicated Anees Mahmood, Humair Ul Rehman, and Levy Mukwita, who acted as a supplier for all four lines.

During raids, police seized significant quantities of Class A drugs, large sums of cash, and mobile phones used in the operations.
