Lennie Williams attacked the girl back in 2020 when he was 19. The brave victim came forward to tell us what happened and Police launched an investigation.

Officers carried out several enquiries including obtaining statements from witnesses and reviewing phone messages.

Williams, aged 24, from Goldstar Way, was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a female under 16.

On 7 November at Birmingham Crown Court, Williams was jailed for two years and 10 months after pleading guilty. He was handed a restraining order and placed on the sex offenders register.
