Iran has launched missile attacks on US bases in Qatar and Iraq, state media have reported.
Iran’s Tasnim news agency said the operation, called “Annunciation of Victory,” targeted American bases, including al‑Udeid Air Base in Qatar. The attack was confirmed by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a retaliatory strike.
In response to the situation, authorities in Qatar announced a temporary suspension of air traffic across the country. This is part of a series of precautionary measures to protect citizens, residents, and visitors amid rising tensions in the region.
