A man has been charged with the murder of Hazratgul Ahmadzai, who died after being seriously injured in Birmingham.
Mr Ahmadzai, 42, was found with severe injuries at a property on Alum Rock Road on Friday.
Asad Khan, 24, of no fixed address, was arrested in Dorset on Sunday morning and later charged with murder. He is due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court today.
In a tribute, Mr Ahmadzai’s family said:
“He was a very kind man, everyone loved him and will miss him. He was well respected and well thought of. He did not deserve this terrible thing to happen to him. We will miss him every day.”
