Prime Minister Keir Starmer has strongly condemned Israel’s strikes on Doha, saying they violate Qatar’s sovereignty and risk further escalation across the Middle East.
He said the priority must now be an immediate ceasefire, the safe release of hostages, and a major increase in humanitarian aid into Gaza.
Mr Starmer added that these steps are the only way to achieve long-lasting peace in the region.
