Second Teenager Arrested in Bordesley Green Stabbing Investigation

A second teenager has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Bordesley Green that left a 16-year-old boy seriously injured. The arrest comes as part of an ongoing investigation by the Major Crime Unit into the incident, which occurred on Pretoria Road on 15 February.

In the early hours of this morning, a 15-year-old boy was detained on suspicion of attempted murder. He is currently in police custody and undergoing questioning. This marks the second arrest in the case, following the charging of another 16-year-old boy on Tuesday in relation to the same incident.

The victim, a 16-year-old boy, sustained serious injuries in the attack but is now reported to be in stable condition. Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances leading to the stabbing, but the investigation remains active.

Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist with their enquiries.
