Police have launched an investigation after uncovering a suspected drugs lab under the railway arches near Aston Railway Station early this morning.
Officers were alerted at around 6:10 a.m. following reports from the public, which led them to the site off Thimble Mill Lane in Aston. Upon arrival,
police discovered drug manufacturing equipment along with a quantity of chemicals, now being analyzed by fire service experts.
A cordon remains in place as officers continue their investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward via Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website or by calling 101, quoting incident number 472 of 4 February.
