Police confirmed a three-year-old girl left seriously injured following a crash in Yardley has sadly died.
She was taken to hospital after the car she was in hit a fence and rolled over in Church Road on Wednesday evening (22 December). She tragically died yesterday evening.
A 22-year-old woman was arrested at the time on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and later released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Police continued to ask for anyone who was in the area at around 10.30 pm and may have information or dashcam footage. We’d ask people not to speculate and instead come to us with any information.
