Police are investigating after a man was hit by a car on Hurst Lane, Shard End, at around 6pm yesterday (20 July).
Officers are in the early stages of the investigation but we believe a man in his 20s was deliberately struck by a silver Vauxhall Astra.
He remains in hospital and fortunately his injuries are not deemed life threatening or life changing.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody today (21 July).
