Police Continue Hunt for Suspects After Rape in Chelmsley Wood

Detectives are working around the clock to identify and arrest two men involved in the rape of a woman in Alcott Woods, Chelmsley Wood, on Monday morning.

The attack occurred at approximately 8 am, and police have launched an intensive investigation, including CCTV analysis and house-to-house inquiries. The woman is receiving support as officers work to establish a full account of events.

Chief Superintendent Richard Harris of Solihull Police acknowledged the community’s shock and concern, reassuring residents that extra officers have been deployed to the area.

“Our officers are working flat out to build a clear picture of what happened and who is responsible so that they can be brought to justice,” he said.
