Two charged with wounding after teenager injured in Bordesley Green

Police have charged two teenagers after a 16-year-old boy suffered a stab injury in Hob Moor Road, Bordesley Green, on Friday afternoon.

The two teenagers, aged 15 and 17, who cannot be named due to their age, have been charged with wounding and possession of a bladed article.

They remain in police custody and are due before Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (6 May).

Two other teenagers arrested on suspicion of wounding have been released pending further investigations.
